Jeanette Batista, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive, patient-centered care at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS). She has extensive experience in oncology and hematology care across outpatient, surgical, emergency, and clinical trial settings. She is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex medical needs.
Jeanette earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Molloy College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Prior to joining NYCBS, Jeanette previously practiced at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as an Advanced Practice Provider in Gynecologic Surgery and previously as a Clinical Trials Nurse and Office Practice Nurse in Benign Hematology.
Her background includes emergency medicine experience at North Shore University Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center, where she served as Charge Nurse and was recognized as Emergency Department Nurse of the Year.
